POLICY I offer premium services including: Luxury Sew-In Extensions – flawless, natural-looking installs with customized techniques K-Tip Extensions – lightweight, undetectable, and durable for ultimate versatility Personalized Client Care – from consultation to styling, ensuring the perfect match for your lifestyle * All clients must pay a 50% deposit upfront while booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will no longer be applied. * There is a 15-minute grace period. The system automatically cancels your appointment if you do not show up within your grace period. We will not be able to apply your deposit after this. * Book every service that's needed. You cannot add on services at your appointment. If you need to make any changes or add-ons, don't hesitate to contact us promptly using our chat box via the website. * We ask that you arrive by yourself to maintain a comfortable environment. * The booking calendar opens on the 1st of each month at 8:00 a.m * Sunday and Monday appointments require a $200 booking fee.
